The Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ESC, ITSM, IRM, BCM). This role ensures that requests for features and functionality on ServiceNow are delivered according to best practices, are well-documented, and user instructions are provided for end-user training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform using client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements and maintain platform updates as needed.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, automating workflows to improve efficiency.
- Develop scoped applications and custom workflows beyond out-of-the-box modules.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and develop security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Train users and develop training materials, providing ongoing support for deployed solutions.
- Identify trends for continuous improvement in platform performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM) are highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a technical ServiceNow developer role.
