Engineer - Identity and Access

About the Job: Presight is a leading big data analytics company based in Abu Dhabi, supported by G42 as its majority shareholder. The company focuses on combining big data, analytics, and AI to create positive societal impacts across various sectors. As an Identity and Access Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring secure access to systems and data, and conducting regular access reviews. This role entails collaboration with cross-functional teams and the use of advanced analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage IAM solutions including authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Deploy and configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) across enterprise environments.
• Integrate IAM with tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk, and Ping Identity.
• Automate identity lifecycle management using Python, PowerShell, and API-based integrations.
• Conduct access reviews, audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and GDPR.
• Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions including Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE.
• Plan and execute IAM and MDM migration strategies for cloud and on-premise environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IAM and MDM.
• Experience with IAM tools and a strong understanding of authentication protocols.
• Proficiency in automation using Python, PowerShell, and API integrations.
• Expertise in MDM platforms.
