Key Responsibilities
- Prepare manufacturing drawings in accordance with project requirements, tender specifications, and delivery dates.
- Conduct design reviews at each step based on the Design Control Plan provided by the Project team.
- Monitor and communicate BOM (Bill of Materials) changes to the Design Manager and relevant project teams.
- Communicate effectively with the Design Manager regarding discrepancies in drawings and specifications to ensure quality output.
- Complete project designs on or before estimated deadlines.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policy while working in the factory and on-site.
- Minimize paper usage and print only necessary documents.
- Submit drawings to the Design Manager for approval.
- Follow up with the Design Manager on pending inputs and avoid making assumptions.
- Prepare site measurements based on inputs received from the Design Manager.
- At project closeout, maintain zero errors in design and properly update drawing locations of working and output files for the Design Manager.
- Follow the company's HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Policy.
