About The Role:
Are you passionate about ensuring airframe systems excellence and maintaining the highest standards of safety and reliability? In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued airworthiness of assigned ATA Chapters in accordance with regulatory requirements, manufacturer service documents, and company policies. This position is instrumental in maintaining high safety, reliability, and cost-efficiency standards through proactive monitoring, technical evaluation, and engineering support for aircraft systems maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and implementing Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins to ensure compliance with GACA regulations.
  • Preparing and issuing Engineering Orders Dispositions for systems inspections, repairs, and modifications.
  • Providing expert technical support to line maintenance for systems that fall outside approved limits.
  • Staying informed of global fleet systems issues and engineering solutions via OEM platforms and industry networks.
  • Investigating and proposing solutions to enhance dispatch reliability for aircraft systems ATAs.
  • Supporting the RVSM program to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Participating in aircraft modification and upgrade projects affecting airframe systems.
  • Monitoring and reporting on system performance trends and reliability issues.
  • Assisting with digital diagnostic tools, predictive maintenance systems, and condition monitoring.

This role is critical in enhancing airframe systems reliability, dispatch performance, and the company's commitment to operational excellence and safety standards.

About You:
You are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. You should possess over 5 years of experience as a systems engineer in an airline technical services/engineering department, specifically with modern commercial aircraft airframe systems (A320/A350 and B787 family preferred).

You must have:

  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex airframe systems.
  • Technical support experience during heavy maintenance, line maintenance, and AOG situations.
  • Knowledge of e-Enabling technologies and software installation processes for airframe systems.
  • Familiarity with GACA, FAA, and EASA regulations related to aircraft maintenance and continued airworthiness.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Airbus A320 or Boeing 787 Level II type training.
  • Familiarity with Maintenance Information Systems such as AMOS.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
