Your Role:
We are seeking a Frontend Engineer II for our team. In this role, you will be critical in developing and enhancing our Frontend applications. Drawing on your strong background in backend development and web technology, you will build and maintain sophisticated backend APIs and services, setting a standard in user engagement that distinguishes Tamara.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive Agile methodologies within the team, adhering to the Scrum framework.
  • Mentor team members through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand requirements and translate them into efficient, high-quality frontend code.
  • Partner with Backend, Mobile, and QA engineers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Participate in Frontend Chapter meetings and initiatives, contributing to best practices.
  • Define comprehensive test cases and support testing processes to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Partake in code review sessions to uphold high code quality and improve the codebase health.
  • Work with CI/CD tools to automate testing and deployment processes.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospective meetings.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation for development processes and architectural designs.

Your Expertise:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering, focusing on Frontend development.
  • Familiarity with major Javascript frameworks; experience with React JS is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of modern JavaScript features and asynchronous programming.
  • Knowledge of OOP concepts and SOLID principles.
  • Experience in Agile practices: Pairing, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery.
  • Expertise in optimizing web performance and understanding web accessibility standards.
  • Superb communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with Next.js 15 and its latest features is a plus.

Language Requirements:
English proficiency is likely required, as the role involves interaction with various teams and partners.
