Responsibilities
- Process and manage NOC applications, ensuring adherence to regulations from relevant authority standards.
- Review and evaluate design concepts and modification proposals to align with development standards and Design Control Regulations (DCR).
- Assess conceptual, visa calculation, and masterplan-related drawings for compliance with regulatory and planning requirements.
- Liaise with planning teams, tenants, and external authorities to coordinate updates on masterplans and infrastructure data (e.g., power, MEP, traffic).
- Supervise project operations and permit processes for developments within and beyond allocated plots.
- Review and provide feedback on plot allocation requests, granting approval based on regulatory compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and collaborate with authorities to resolve outstanding issues and facilitate approvals.
- Initiate discussions with tenants to address design or compliance issues while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with government entities to expedite approvals and streamline the development process.
- Liaise with municipalities, utility providers, civil defense, environmental agencies, and other statutory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Track the status of submitted applications to ensure timely processing and approvals.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all applications, permits, inspections, and communications with authorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing NOC applications and understanding of national and local regulatory frameworks.
- Strong understanding of design control regulations and planning procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders including tenants, planning teams, and government authorities.
- Experience in conducting site inspections and resolving compliance-related issues.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail for record-keeping.
