About the Role
We are looking for a Mulesoft Integration Engineer to design, build, and support integration flows for the shared services platform, which enables government entities to publish and consume APIs via Anypoint Platform and Azure APIM, running on OpenShift (OCP). The role combines MuleSoft development in Anypoint Studio with day-to-day MuleSoft administration and APIM gateway management.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build integration flows in Anypoint Studio, using DataWeave Playground for transformations.
  • Design and publish APIs via Anypoint Design Center and manage them through Anypoint Exchange and Anypoint Platform.
  • Configure and manage API policies, throttling, and versioning through Azure APIM (Dev Portal, Postman, VS Code APIM extension, OpenAPI/Swagger, APIM Trace) with MSAL-based authentication.
  • Support MuleSoft CI/CD on OpenShift: Azure DevOps Pipeline creation & support, Ingress configuration, App & Key Vault configuration.
  • Promote APIs, contracts, and policies through Anypoint Platform API Manager, and promote flows through Anypoint Platform Design Center.
  • Perform MuleSoft administration: backup configuration, upgrades/patches, Runtime Fabric (RTF) management, Environment Library configuration.
  • Manage SSL certificates for onboarded entities (entity certificate management).
  • Onboard government entities onto the GDX shared services platform and support API governance standards.
  • Troubleshoot integration and data-exchange issues across systems using App Insights and APIM trace logs.

Education
