In this role, you will ensure the optimum utilization of available resources—manpower and material. You will plan, organize, and supervise operations and maintenance for all PE network and steel pipeline related activities, providing support for the operation and maintenance planning including cost estimation, project planning, and review of work packages. Your responsibilities will include operating all gas distribution networks (PE/Steel pipeline) in line with best industry practices based on approved applicable standards and participating in non-routine live gas operations, providing support during emergency response situations.

Key Accountabilities
- Plans routine operational activities for the NG distribution network (PE/Steel/PRS) as per standards and procedures.
- Manages monthly meter reads for commercial customers and coordinates with the sales team for timely billing.
- Conducts inspections on NG network distribution (PE/Steel/PRS) to ensure work is carried out as per procedures and in a safe manner.
- Reviews and studies actual requirements and utilization of spare parts and materials, planning an inventory to be maintained.
- Participates effectively in the development of the scope of work for all PE network and steel-related activities ensuring compliance with international standards.
- Reviews and approves gas distribution network-related installation materials and evaluates new techniques to minimize operation and maintenance timing and public interruption.
- Prepares project-related reports and presentations and produces performance measurement tools to monitor contractors and project performance.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
Participates in project reviews like Hazardous Operations (HAZOP) and Health Safety and Environment Impact Assessments as required.
Communications & Working Relationships
- Maintains regular contact with the NG Operations & Maintenance Department and other divisions to discuss work-related issues.
- Engages frequently with external companies in the international PE related market and government authorities on related matters.
