Engineer, Operations Planning (SITE)

This role involves preparing overall maintenance and shutdown plans as well as monitoring and controlling tools to ensure the smooth execution of maintenance schemes and activities by providing necessary support to individuals.

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Accountabilities:

• Collaborates with various stakeholders (Integrity/Production/projects/Maintenance Support, etc.) to prepare shutdown plans and develop short/long term work programs for major schemes and maintenance projects in alignment with the company’s Business Plan.
• Produces, develops, and updates the Seven-Year Integrated Activity Plan which includes engineering & maintenance schemes, barge/boat plan, WHT campaign, major inspections/overhauls, and shutdowns plans.
• Develops and maintains plans for maintenance barges.
• Prepares and monitors the major maintenance budget and its relevant phasing.
• Develops a worklist for WHT Major Maintenance and an execution schedule for the maintenance campaign.
• Monitors deviations from work programs, reports potential impacts to team leaders, and recommends corrective actions.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from a recognized university.
• 5-6 years of experience in multi-discipline planning of engineering and maintenance activities within the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
• Proficiency in English.
