Engineer

The Engineer is responsible for enhancing the monitoring of Business-Critical applications within the enterprise, ensuring alignment with the standards and policies set forth by the Enterprise Tools and CSI department. This role involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to promote tool adoption, define procedures, govern monitoring processes and practices, and conduct required training for organizational development and adoption.

Requirements

• Overall 1+ years of experience working within a large enterprise consisting of large and diverse teams.
• Knowledge of APM and Monitoring technologies.
• Familiarity with AppDynamics and Splunk is a plus.
• Proficient in tools like PowerBI, ServiceNow reporting module, Confluence, and Jira for data extraction and dashboard creation.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and monitoring best practices.

Certifications (preferred)

• AppDynamics Certified Associate Administrator
• ServiceNow certified
• Power BI certified
