We are looking for a passionate Engineer – Quality Assurance who is obsessed with quality to conduct meticulous quality assurance and testing as per business needs and procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest levels of data integrity and standards compliance without compromising application functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop application test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control tests for new and existing application solutions developed by the Product Department.
- Conduct system stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, and scalability testing for all new products, solutions, and modifications.
- Assess application security controls and ensure adherence to data integrity standards.
- Evaluate and test new software and solutions to ensure adherence to business objectives and compatibility with existing software.
- Maintain records of all changes made across applications and develop bug reports for end-users and support teams.
- Prepare reference documents for users, outlining operating instructions and procedures.
- Comply with policies and procedures related to Quality Health Safety and Environment (QHSE), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in planning, designing, and managing software quality assurance and testing.
- Experience in a product development organization or analytics industry, with familiarity in web application testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Selenium, and others.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail.
- Programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript are a plus.
- Experience with big data and AI products, including data quality, data mapping, SQL jobs, or ElasticSearch is beneficial.
- Knowledge of tech operations such as Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud services is desirable.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies in an AI service organization or analytics industry.
