Engineer - Quality Assurance

About the Job:
The company is seeking a passionate Engineer – Quality Assurance who is focused on conducting meticulous quality assurance and testing as per business needs and procedures. The goal is to maintain the highest levels of data integrity and standards compliance, while preserving application functionality.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop application test plans and test cases based on software requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance and control tests for new and existing application solutions.
• Perform system stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, and scalability testing.
• Ensure adherence to data integrity standards and assess application security controls.
• Maintain records of changes and modifications, developing bug reports for end-users and support teams.
• Prepare reference documents and guides for users with operating instructions and procedures.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment) policies and related risk assessments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, with at least 3 years in a product development organization or analytics industry.
• Familiarity with web application testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, Robot, Selenium, Cypress).
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, QC) is required.
• Programming ability in CoreJava, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with big data and AI products is preferred.
• Knowledge of tech-ops and Agile development methodologies.
