Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess application potential by testing compatibility with existing systems, ensuring adherence to application objectives, specifications, and QA standards.
- Develop application test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control tests for new and existing application solutions.
- Perform system stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, and scalability testing for new products and solutions.
- Assess application security controls to ensure compliance with data integrity standards.
- Improve existing application performance through reviewing project objectives and proposing necessary modifications.
- Maintain records of all changes and modifications, preparing bug reports for end-users and support teams.
- Prepare reference documents and guides for users, detailing operating instructions and procedures.
- Comply with QHSE, Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance policies and assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software quality assurance, automation, and testing.
- At least 3 years of experience in testing within a product development organization or analytics industry.
- Experience with web application testing tools/frameworks such as Postman, SoapUI, Robot, Selenium, and Cypress.
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, and QC.
- Programming abilities in CoreJava, Python, or JavaScript are a plus.
- Experience with big data and AI products is an advantage.
- Tech-ops knowledge (Kubernetes, Docker, shell, cloud services) is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience with Agile development methodologies in an AI service organization or analytics industry.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
