Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) from initial requirement analysis and test planning to release sign-off and post-launch monitoring.
- Own, build, maintain, and scale robust automated test suites (UI and API) to accelerate testing cycles.
- Plan, script, and execute load, stress, and performance tests to ensure systems remain fast and scalable.
- Conduct thorough manual and exploratory testing to catch edge cases, usability flaws, and visual inconsistencies.
- Ensure UI/UX flows are intuitive and seamless prior to release.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Designers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs to resolution using JIRA or similar tools.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer working on web and mobile applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills for documentation and client interactions.
- Proven experience designing and implementing automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Strong background in performance testing tools like JMeter or K6.
- Expertise across manual, API (REST/GraphQL via Postman), and performance testing methodologies.
- Comfortable writing SQL queries and analyzing system logs.
- Excellent eye for detail and a commitment to product quality.
