As an Engineer – Quality Assurance, you will evaluate and assess application potential by testing the compatibility of new programs with existing systems, ensuring adherence to objectives, specifications, and QA standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing application test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
- Conducting quality assurance and quality control tests for new and existing application solutions.
- Performing system stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, and scalability testing for all new products, solutions, and modifications.
- Assessing application security controls and ensuring compliance with data integrity standards.
- Improving existing application performance through evaluations and proposing necessary modifications.
- Maintaining records of changes and modifications, along with developing reference documents and guides for users.
- Complying with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance policies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software quality assurance and testing, with at least 3 years in a product development organization or analytics industry.
- Familiarity with web application testing tools/frameworks (Postman, SoapUI, Robot, Selenium, Cypress).
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, QC).
- Programming skills in CoreJava, Python, or JavaScript are a plus.
- Familiarity with big data & AI products (data quality, data mapping, SQL, etc.) is beneficial.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Agile development methodologies.
