We are seeking a passionate Engineer – Quality Assurance who is dedicated to conducting meticulous quality assurance and testing in alignment with business needs and procedures. Your role will involve ensuring the highest levels of data integrity and compliance with standards while maintaining application functionality. You will evaluate application potential by testing the compatibility of new programs with existing systems and ensuring adherence to application objectives, specifications, and QA standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop application test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control tests for new and existing application solutions.
- Perform system stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, and scalability testing as relevant.
- Assess application security controls and ensure compliance with data integrity standards.
- Collaborate on improving existing application performance and proposing modifications.
- Evaluate and test new software and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
- Maintain records of all changes and modifications made across applications and prepare bug reports.
- Prepare reference documents and guides for users, outlining operating instructions and procedures.
- Comply with QHSE, Business Continuity, Information Security, Risk, and Governance policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in planning, designing, and managing software quality assurance and testing.
- At least 3 years of experience in a product development organization or analytics industry.
- Familiarity with web application testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, Selenium, Cypress).
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Knowledge of programming is a plus (Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with big data and AI products (e.g., data quality, SQL, ElasticSearch) is beneficial.
- Knowledge of tech-ops (Kubernetes, Docker, cloud services) is advantageous.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies in an AI or analytics context.
