Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess application potential by testing compatibility with existing systems and ensuring adherence to objectives and QA standards.
- Develop application test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct quality assurance and control tests for new and existing solutions developed by the Product Department.
- Perform systems stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, and scalability testing as needed.
- Assess application security controls and ensure adherence to data integrity standards.
- Improve application performance by reviewing project objectives and proposing necessary modifications.
- Maintain records of all changes and develop bug reports for end-users and support teams.
- Prepare reference documents and guides outlining operating instructions and procedures.
- Comply with quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE) policies and related risk assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software quality assurance, automation, and testing.
- At least 3 years of experience in testing within a product development organization or analytics industry.
- Experience with web application testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Robot, Selenium, and Cypress.
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or QC.
- Programming skills in CoreJava, Python, or JavaScript are a plus.
- Experience with big data and AI products (e.g., data quality, data mapping, SQL jobs) is beneficial.
- Knowledge of tech-ops (Kubernetes, Docker, cloud services) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Agile development methodologies.
