Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deep data mining and analytics related to plant issues, recommending solutions to improve performance and reduce downtime.
- Apply methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, RBI, and ACA to enhance equipment performance and maintenance strategies.
- Investigate, develop, and apply innovative methodologies to identify failure modes and root causes through analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Track plant performance, providing statistical data on major highlights, failures, and areas for improvement.
- Recommend solutions for complex problems and conduct workshops to resolve them if necessary.
- Provide technical evaluations of asset life cycles and recommend solutions to maximize asset benefits.
- Lead and facilitate reliability meetings, discussing major issues and tracking the completion of recommendations.
- Collaborate with operations personnel to assure data quality, troubleshoot problems, and provide guidance across disciplines.
- Develop and improve maintenance strategies to minimize costs and maximize profitability.
- Monitor critical asset health, progress in closing recommendations, and maintain quality in investigations.
- Participate in digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance dashboard and platform functionalities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Preferred)
- Certifications: CRE (Certified Reliability Engineer), CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Asset Management (ISO 55001)
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Asset Performance Management (APM)
