Location: Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform deep data mining and analytics related to plant issues, recommending solutions to improve performance and reduce downtime.
  • Apply methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, RBI, and ACA to enhance equipment performance and maintenance strategies.
  • Investigate, develop, and apply innovative methodologies to identify failure modes and root causes through analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Track plant performance, providing statistical data on major highlights, failures, and areas for improvement.
  • Recommend solutions for complex problems and conduct workshops to resolve them if necessary.
  • Provide technical evaluations of asset life cycles and recommend solutions to maximize asset benefits.
  • Lead and facilitate reliability meetings, discussing major issues and tracking the completion of recommendations.
  • Collaborate with operations personnel to assure data quality, troubleshoot problems, and provide guidance across disciplines.
  • Develop and improve maintenance strategies to minimize costs and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor critical asset health, progress in closing recommendations, and maintain quality in investigations.
  • Participate in digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance dashboard and platform functionalities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Preferred)
  • Certifications: CRE (Certified Reliability Engineer), CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Asset Management (ISO 55001)

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Asset Performance Management (APM)
