Engineer Roaming Services

The purpose of the Engineer Roaming Services role is to plan and design Roaming services (both inbound and outbound) to meet technology and business-driven initiatives. This dynamic position requires agility to adapt to evolving requirements to maximize business opportunities and revenue across services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the Roaming Domain for short/mid/long term planning requirements.
• Designing and planning all roaming device management platforms and services.
• Developing and implementing annual and medium-term plans and budgets to meet financial objectives.
• Creating a Roaming services product roadmap in alignment with business entities and technology strategy.
• Evaluating, planning, and providing necessary technical solutions to meet business and regulatory demands.
• Ensuring solution designs align with industry best practices and the Technology department's architectural strategy.

Requirements for this role include:

• A minimum B.Eng in Electronics/Telecom Engineering; an M.Eng or M.S. from a reputable university is preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience with an operator or service provider in the technology domain, particularly in Roaming systems architecture.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience supervising planning teams.
• Strong technical knowledge in the Roaming domain.
• A thorough understanding of project management techniques, best practices, standards, and tools.
