Engineer Server (Platform, Virtualization, AD, Email, etc.)

We are seeking an experienced Engineer Server specializing in Platform, Virtualization, Active Directory, Email, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and possess a proven track record (8+ years) in a technical support role, particularly in Server and Storage technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and maintenance for server and storage solutions.
• Analyze and solve complex technical issues with diligence and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as MCSA, MCSD, MCSE, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of VxRAIL HCI (hyperconverged infrastructure) from DELL and Huawei storage.
• Familiarity with DELL PowerProtect DataManager.
• Proficiency in operating systems: Microsoft Windows, Linux (CentOS, Rocky, SUSE, etc.).
• Understanding of LDAP, TCP/IP, NFS, SAN, and Direct Attached Storage, along with High-Performance networking.
• Experience with Microsoft software products such as LDAP, Active Directory, IIS, DFS, and High-Performance Networking.
