Key Accountability Areas
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
- Delegate tasks to subordinates for effective assignment completion, ensuring a fair distribution of work to maintain morale and motivation.
- Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets in accordance with delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
- Resolve related problems and escalate complex operational issues as needed.
- Establish and maintain quality control processes, including developing specifications for products and related activities.
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures while seeking automation opportunities.
- Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental management procedures to guarantee compliance and high-quality deliverables.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Work Experience
- 4 to 6 years in a relevant field
