Engineer - Site Project

About the Role
The Site Project Engineer is responsible for managing and engineering construction projects, ensuring that project deliverables are implemented effectively. This role involves supervising and providing technical advice to onsite staff to ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Formulate project parameters and ensure technical feasibility and desired quality in coordination with the direct manager.
• Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects on site.
• Cooperate regularly with the direct manager and report updates on budgets, schedules, plans, and performance of site projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create more efficient project methods and maintain project profitability.
• Create a framework to measure project metrics and collect data while recommending improvements.
• Establish field test methods, conduct regular quality checks, and ensure compliance with applicable practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety measures.
• Prepare site reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost in coordination with the direct manager.

Position Requirements
Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
