Presight is seeking a meticulous and expert Engineer - Site Reliability to build and support the Presight delivery model that empowers product and technology teams to develop and deliver high-quality products, improve platform infrastructure, and strengthen the reliability of products and solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive scope definition, specification, and architecture for services in the CI/CD pipeline that power the Presight delivery model.
- Foster a positive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) culture that promotes frequent releases, high automation levels, and software reliability.
- Lead and troubleshoot high-priority incidents impacting the organization, providing timely support for critical incident resolution.
- Identify application patterns and analytics to support better service level objectives while integrating self-service and resiliency patterns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to propose, architect, and implement innovative and transformational solutions.
- Champion SRE approaches across strategic systems to predict and prevent disruptive events, improving solution availability.
- Design and enable automated change, release, and upgrade management practices across existing products and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with defined IT governance controls, standards, and practices.
- Improve service availability and scalability through tuning, automation, tools, and processes.
- Manage 24/7 on-call support and analyze service performance to identify bottlenecks for measurable improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in CI/CD tools and DevOps processes.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster deployment and upgrade is essential.
- Cloud (Linux, Kubernetes, Python) skills are a must; Azure or any public cloud experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural knowledge and understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
