We are seeking a performance-driven, focused, and committed individual to take on the role of Site Reliability Engineer. This position encompasses various responsibilities, including:
- Providing operational support for Azure public cloud and on-premises environments to ensure efficient and secure system operation.
- Overseeing the deployment and management of Kubernetes clusters, utilizing Helm and ArgoCD for continuous delivery and rollback-capable deployments.
- Developing and maintaining automation scripts using Python and Bash to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitoring system performance to guarantee maximum uptime, applying necessary patches, hotfixes, and upgrades as required.
- Troubleshooting systems in isolated environments and managing robust infrastructure and database management.
- Participating in issue triage, escalation, and technical support to ensure timely incident resolution.
- Administering Azure cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Designing and managing containerized applications utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Azure DevOps for seamless integration and deployment.
- Automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Collaborating with the Data team to support Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and other cloud data services.
- Managing on-premises environments and ensuring adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least eight (8) years of product administration experience in Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Debian & Ubuntu).
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Hadoop administrator with expert-level knowledge of Cloud Operations.
- Proven expertise in designing and maintaining cloud solutions.
- Competency in DevOps practices and software development life cycle.
- Knowledge of big data platforms and automation tools such as Ansible and Helm.
- Experience with data warehousing best practices.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms like Zabbix and Grafana.
- Familiarity with air-gapped infrastructure and private/public/cloud environments.
