Presight is seeking a meticulous and expert Engineer - Site Reliability to build and support the Presight delivery model that empowers product and technology teams to develop and deliver high-quality products, improve platform infrastructure, and strengthen the reliability of products and solutions. You will play a key role in defining and establishing the delivery model deployed in the development of cutting-edge, next-gen analytics solutions and services at Presight.

As an Engineer – Site Reliability, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with relevant stakeholders to drive scope definition, specification, and architecture for all services in the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Fostering a positive SRE culture that promotes frequent releases, high levels of automation, and software reliability.
  • Leading and troubleshooting high priority incidents impacting the organization.
  • Identifying application patterns and analytics to support better service level objectives.
  • Reviewing and modifying CI/CD principles and striving for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to propose, architect, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Championing SRE approaches to predict and prevent disruptive events.
  • Managing 24X7 on-call support.
  • Analyzing service performance and identifying bottlenecks.

The requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in CI/CD tools and DevOps processes.
  • Kubernetes cluster deployment and upgrade experience required.
  • Proficiency in Cloud Linux, Kubernetes, and Python.
  • Azure or any public cloud experience is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in architectural knowledge and understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
