As an Engineer – Site Reliability, your responsibilities will include:
- Working with relevant stakeholders to drive scope definition, specification, and architecture for all services in the CI/CD pipeline.
- Fostering a positive SRE culture that promotes frequent releases, high levels of automation, and software reliability.
- Leading and troubleshooting high priority incidents impacting the organization.
- Identifying application patterns and analytics to support better service level objectives.
- Reviewing and modifying CI/CD principles and striving for continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with internal teams to propose, architect, and implement innovative solutions.
- Championing SRE approaches to predict and prevent disruptive events.
- Managing 24X7 on-call support.
- Analyzing service performance and identifying bottlenecks.
The requirements for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in CI/CD tools and DevOps processes.
- Kubernetes cluster deployment and upgrade experience required.
- Proficiency in Cloud Linux, Kubernetes, and Python.
- Azure or any public cloud experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural knowledge and understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
