In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring roaming KPIs and alarms of the Mobile Network Nodes to ensure maximum availability. You will provide 24x7 First Level Support Operation and Maintenance for the Core Networks.

Key Accountabilities:
- Network Surveillance and Fault Rectification
- Monitoring of Mobile Core Network & Roaming KPIs
- CS/vIMS/EPC/vEPC/SPS/VAS KPIs monitoring and reporting any degradation to responsible teams
- Routine Network Checks, including Health Checks, Preventive Maintenance, and Network Alarm Management
- Escalation to L2 support and coordination
- Generate, update, and provide reports relevant to Network Operations and Maintenance
- Monitoring and troubleshooting any raised alarms on the Core nodes. Open cases for new alarms with suitable severity
Requirements:
- Minimum B.Eng in Electronics/Telecom Engineering; preferably M.Eng or M.S. from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in SOC Roaming
- Good understanding of CS/vIMS/EPC/vEPC KPIs
- Good understanding of SPS/VAS KPIs
- Good knowledge in programming and automation
- Must be able to work effectively in a 24 x 7 x 365 environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, prioritize, and demonstrate excellent follow-through on each task assigned
- Works well within a team and has the ability to build relationships cross-functionally
- Ensure operations and network KPIs are met with the highest quality and standards
- Ability to work under pressure and handle network crises and emergencies
- Management Notification & Escalation as per the company escalation matrix
