Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain IP network infrastructure.
- Deploy and manage next-generation firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet FortiGate, and Cisco Firepower).
- Configure and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs.
- Manage routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, and QoS.
- Administer VoIP infrastructure using Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
- Monitor network performance and security using advanced tools.
- Perform firmware upgrades and security patching.
- Diagnose and resolve network and security incidences.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation and respond to emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network and security operations.
- Strong experience with enterprise routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and VoIP.
Preferred Certifications:
- CCIE, CCNP, CCNA
- Palo Alto Networks Certified Security Administrator (PCNSA) or Professional (PCNSE)
- Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) / NSE 4 or higher
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to remote sites.
- Availability for after-hours support and on-call rotation.
- Valid UAE driving license.
