Engineer/FAN Execution (UAE National)

As an Engineer/FAN Execution, you will play a crucial role in overseeing cable projects and ensuring their timely and safe completion. Your responsibilities will include managing and executing civil and cable works, conducting thorough site investigations, and assessing risks to guarantee the project's success. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, providing valuable technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation process, ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Managing, developing, creating, and maintaining cable projects.
• Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data.
• Assessing potential risks, materials, and costs.
• Guiding contractors on priorities and how to increase productivity.
• Coordinating with other service authorities to smoothly complete the works.
• Consulting and following local authorities' principles and rules.
• Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and property.
• Fulfilling the company and local authorities' permission requirements.
• Verifying and approving cable testing.
• Approving diary sheets and completion documents.
• Verifying and approving as-built drawings.
• Updating the database as per actual completion.
• Managing, developing, creating, and maintaining construction projects.
• Ensuring safety of construction sites.
• Verifying and approving as-builts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in telecom or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
