Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and operational expertise for field activities, ensuring effective troubleshooting and support to field staff.
- Monitor and manage field operations, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with field staff to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of field activities and support provided.

- Supervise and manage shift staff, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Navigate web-based applications and utilize relevant tools for efficient support.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Strong skills in navigating web-based applications and relevant software tools.
- Effective supervisory abilities and experience managing shift staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) with flexibility.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with field staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is an advantage.
