Key Responsibilities:

Engineering Leadership:
- Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams across software, data, AI, cloud, and platform disciplines.
- Establish engineering standards, governance, and best practices.
- Drive delivery excellence, quality, reliability, and operational performance.
- Build engineering capability through workforce planning, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and delivery prioritization.

Architecture Leadership:
- Serve as the lead architect and technical authority for the domain.
- Define target architectures, technology roadmaps, and technical standards.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable.
- Review and approve major technical designs and architectural decisions.
- Drive architectural consistency across programs, products, and platforms.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
- Lead architecture governance and technical design reviews.

Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with executive leadership, product teams, delivery teams, and customers to shape technology strategy.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor on technology investment decisions and technical risk.
- Represent the organization in senior customer and partner engagements.

Resource Management:
- Lead resource estimation and capacity planning across programs and initiatives.
- Ensure optimal allocation and utilization of engineering resources to maximize productivity and delivery outcomes.
- Monitor team performance, workload distribution, and delivery efficiency to ensure sustainable execution.
- Align resource planning with strategic objectives, budgets, and evolving business priorities.

Innovation & Technology Strategy:
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, cloud, and emerging technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement and engineering innovation.
- Ensure technology decisions support long-term business objectives and product strategy.
- Stay current with rapidly evolving technology trends, particularly in AI, cloud, data platforms, and modern engineering practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of technology experience with at least 5 years in a senior engineering leadership role.
- Significant experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale software platforms and solutions.
- Strong background in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or chief architect responsibilities.
- Proven experience across cloud platforms, distributed systems, data platforms, AI, and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience leading large engineering teams within complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, resilience, and performance engineering.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, customers, and executive leadership.
