You will collaborate with Trading and Wallet Technology Engineers to ensure the secure management of digital assets and contribute to the design and evolution of the company’s platform. Your leadership will drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions to safeguard user assets and support an expanding range of currencies and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of secure custody solutions for various cryptocurrencies.
- Collaborate with the Head of Custody and other engineers to define technical strategy and roadmap.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Drive the integration of new cryptocurrencies into the custody infrastructure.
- Optimize the deposit and withdrawal processes for efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to custody and wallet operations.
- Stay informed on blockchain technology advancements and contribute to platform design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline.
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role focused on cryptocurrency.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technologies and digital asset security best practices.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing secure custody solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Awareness of security threats and vulnerability impacts.
- Fluency in both written and verbal English.
