The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of engineers, guiding their career paths, and fostering collaboration. Work Conditions:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of engineers ranging from graduate to senior level.
- Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback.
- Identify and measure team health indicators.
- Represent your team and product to stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Implement disciplined engineering processes and develop excellent engineering practices.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional academic track record in Computer Science or STEM.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Proven experience in teaching, mentoring, and leading software developers.
- Ability to travel twice a year for company events of up to two weeks each.
- Familiarity with agile development environments.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in developer advocacy, ops, or system administration.
- Performance engineering and security experience.
