Engineering Manager

Manage and lead project engineering activities across the full project lifecycle from ASSESS, SELECT, DEFINE and EXECUTE through commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery of engineering scope within approved safety, quality, schedule, cost, and technical requirements. Serve as the focal point for engineering management, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, PMC, licensors, EPC contractors, Operations, and the company Group companies to ensure engineering integrity, technical compliance, effective risk management, and achievement of project objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage and lead multidisciplinary project engineering activities across all project phases and ensure alignment with the company strategies, objectives, and project requirements.
• Participate in the development of tender documents and support the selection of Engineering Consultants, PMC consultants, licensors, and EPC contractors through technical evaluation and bid assessment processes.
• Coordinate the development of Statements of Requirement (SOR), engineering strategies, and implementation plans to support effective project execution.
• Review contractor engineering strategies, specifications, construction methodologies, subcontracting strategies, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Manage technical specialists throughout engineering, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities, providing guidance on technical issues and engineering decisions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Strong expertise in multidisciplinary project engineering management across the project lifecycle (ASSESS to EXECUTE)
• Proven experience in managing FEED, detailed engineering, EPC execution, and commissioning activities
• Strong understanding of the company/VAP requirements, engineering assurance, and technical governance
• Experience managing engineering consultants, licensors, PMC, and EPC contractors
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical decision-making skills
