About The Role:
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our AI engineering capability. This role involves working with cutting-edge AI systems, designing, building, deploying, and operating advanced AI systems and agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool use, and multi-step execution. You will develop Agentic AI solutions utilizing modern orchestration frameworks such as Lang Chain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and CrewAIDrive, along with best-in-class DevOps and ML Ops practices to ensure robust, production-ready AI solutions.
As a strategic leader, you will mentor and grow a high-performing team of AI Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. You will also establish the technical vision, engineering standards, and delivery frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality AI solutions. Collaboration is key, and you will partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and Data teams to align with enterprise priorities and translate business challenges into clear AI use cases and scalable solutions.

About You:

• Degree qualified with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years in AI/ML engineering.
• Deep hands-on expertise in building Agentic AI systems and intelligent agents.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and scalable AI architecture.
