Engineering Manager - Build and Release Infrastructure

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the Launchpad team and be instrumental in driving the evolution of a platform essential to many influential open-source projects, including Ubuntu.

Your role will focus on guiding the engineering team, fostering technical excellence, and shaping the strategic direction of Launchpad’s success. As a servant leader, you will enable your team to thrive in a collaborative environment, instilling a culture where innovation flourishes. You will mentor talented engineers, influence technical direction, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions for open-source communities.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time position
• Remote work with candidates required to be located within the EMEA region
• Up to 6 weeks of international travel required for key events, with two to four in-person team meetings per year at various global locations
