As an engineering manager, you will lead and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of quality and excellence. Your responsibilities include overseeing software architecture, managing workflows, setting expectations with stakeholders, and nurturing team growth through mentoring and feedback.

- You are knowledgeable about software development practices and have experience in agile environments.
