Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time, Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead an engineering team in developing client-facing enterprise security features for the company’s largest clients.
- Design and implement libraries and microservices in Rust.
- Deliver integrations for bring-your-own IdP and modern enterprise authentication flows.
- Build provisioning and access automation capabilities integrating with the organization and permissioning stack.
- Establish high-quality engineering standards and drive complex systems development.
Skills You Should Have:
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on engineering management experience, leading a team of 4-8 people.
- Experience with security-sensitive backend systems, including authentication and authorization.
- Familiarity with enterprise security and identity standards (e.g., SSO).
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Passion for solving complex engineering problems.
- Direct experience with Rust in production is a must.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with IdP integrations at scale (e.g., OIDC/SAML) and enterprise SSO deployments (e.g., Okta, Auth0).
- Experience with provisioning automation standards (e.g., SCIM) and systems for audit logging or security event management.
- Familiarity with designing scalable permission models (e.g., RBAC/ABAC/PBAC) and least-privilege programs.
Language Requirements:
