As part of the Core Services organization, you will lead the Enterprise Security team, responsible for building enterprise-grade security features for our largest clients. You will work alongside technical leaders and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Security, and other stakeholder teams to create secure, scalable, and user-friendly enterprise security solutions.

Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time, Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead an engineering team in developing client-facing enterprise security features for the company’s largest clients.
  • Design and implement libraries and microservices in Rust.
  • Deliver integrations for bring-your-own IdP and modern enterprise authentication flows.
  • Build provisioning and access automation capabilities integrating with the organization and permissioning stack.
  • Establish high-quality engineering standards and drive complex systems development.

Skills You Should Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • 2+ years of hands-on engineering management experience, leading a team of 4-8 people.
  • Experience with security-sensitive backend systems, including authentication and authorization.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security and identity standards (e.g., SSO).
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for solving complex engineering problems.
  • Direct experience with Rust in production is a must.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with IdP integrations at scale (e.g., OIDC/SAML) and enterprise SSO deployments (e.g., Okta, Auth0).
  • Experience with provisioning automation standards (e.g., SCIM) and systems for audit logging or security event management.
  • Familiarity with designing scalable permission models (e.g., RBAC/ABAC/PBAC) and least-privilege programs.

Language Requirements:
The company is a multinational company with employees speaking over 50 languages.
