We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Deployment Engineering team in the Middle East. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive impact and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers in deploying the company's North platform into customer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers.
  • Manage end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Own customer success from technical implementation through delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to deliver AI solutions to enterprises.
  • Mentor the team in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and enterprise-grade deployments.
  • Optimize performance for OpenSearch, databases, and other K8s services.
  • Define scaling guidelines for GPU and CPU compute resources.
  • Build processes and technology that scale with company growth.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Hands-on experience deploying enterprise software at scale.
  • Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • High agency with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • A doer mentality focused on getting things done.
  • Experience managing engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:

  • Fluency in additional European languages.
  • Experience with AI/ML infrastructure.
  • Background in enterprise security and compliance.
