Responsibilities:
- Hire, lead, mentor, and manage a top-tier group of product engineers to build best-in-class products within the AML/AF space, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Provide guidance, conduct performance reviews, and support the career development of engineers.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of our SaaS product, with Agentic AI at the forefront, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create engineering objectives that align with business goals.
- Work closely with product teams to influence both the functional and technical roadmap with a focus on the end user.
- Drive scalable architecture and design solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability of the SaaS product.
- Ensure best practices for coding, security, testing, and performance optimization are followed.
- Stay updated with domain trends and technologies, promoting their adoption across the tech stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for your engineering team to empower high performance.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS from a top school in Computer Science or related field.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years managing teams, preferably in B2B SaaS software.
- Previous experience in AML, Fraud, or Banking (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with GEN AI/Agentic AI technologies in building pilots or production-ready systems.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling cross-functional engineering teams swiftly.
- Experience in fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple independent engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Expertise in architecting and managing large-scale, complex distributed software systems.
