What You'll Do:
- Hire, lead, mentor, and manage a top-tier group of product Engineers to develop best-in-class products within the Anti Money Laundering and Anti-Fraud space, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Provide guidance, conduct performance reviews, and support career development for engineers.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of our SaaS product, with Agentic AI as a focal point, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish engineering objectives that align with business goals.
- Work closely with product teams to help steer both functional and technical roadmaps with a focus on end users.
- Drive scalable architecture and design solutions to ensure the performance, reliability, and maintainability of the SaaS product.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for coding, security, testing, and performance optimization.
- Stay updated with domain trends and technologies, promoting their adoption across the tech stack and development processes to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for your engineering team that empower them to perform at high levels.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS from a top school in Computer Science or a related field.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years managing teams, preferably in B2B SaaS software.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling cross-functional engineering teams efficiently.
- Experience in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to collaborate within an organization comprised of several independent engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven expertise in architecting and managing large-scale, complex distributed software systems.
- Previous experience in AML, Fraud, or Banking (preferred).
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, multi-agent architectures, or conversational AI pipelines (preferred).
