As an Engineering Manager, you will lead an engineering team, improving efficiency and productivity, ensuring timely delivery of work, and driving engineering culture. This position demands a combination of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop engineering team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Delivery Management: Assume full responsibility for project success, including resource capacity planning.
  • Operational Stability: Maintain and improve production systems quality within agreed KPIs and SLOs.
  • Visibility and Collaboration: Work with various organizations to develop technical strategies and ensure alignment.
  • Technical Excellence: Advocate for best practices in architecture, system design, and technology choices.

Experience & Domain Knowledge Requirements:

  • Experience in a Product-led fast-paced environment as a team leader/manager.
  • Proficient in FinTech, Banking, or similar fields.
  • Strong technical and people management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills, utilizing metrics for decision-making and performance assessment.
  • Result-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
