Position Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Product Management: Understand customer needs and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of product changes, ensuring timely and scope-compliant outcomes.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development and operational excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management, design, and operations teams to align on goals and deliverables.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and support the professional development of team members.
- Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process to attract and retain top engineering talent.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6+ years in software engineering, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET) and experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-growth tech company or startup environment.
