About the Job:
The company is seeking an Engineering Manager (Mobility Manager) for the Expo 2030 Riyadh project. This role requires leading a team of design managers and coordinating multiple consultants in planning, design, review, and stakeholder management of mobility and transportation packages. You will ensure that engineering aspects meet project requirements, remain within scope and budget, and align with best engineering practices and local regulatory requirements.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Engineering Director, interfacing with Project Manager and Client technical leadership.
  • Develop engineering capabilities and implement project delivery standards.
  • Manage complex engineering assignments.
  • Coordinate engineering efforts with various departments including Procurement, Construction, and Environmental Safety and Health (ES&H).
  • Lead design quality oversight and compliance, managing multidisciplinary consultants.
  • Act as the primary contact for mobility-related issues with clients and authorities.
  • Present technical recommendations to management and support client decision-making processes.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent international degree).
  • 20+ years of experience in transportation/civil infrastructure.
  • 10+ years in a leadership or managerial role, with major program experience in rail, metro, airports, Expo, or megaprojects.
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary design consultants is critical.
  • Strong stakeholder and authority management skills.

This position is part of a project expected to have a significant impact, welcoming over 40 million visits from October 2030 to March 2031, emphasizing sustainable development, innovation, and transformative thinking.
