Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of engineers at various experience levels.
- Work remotely within a primary time zone, occasionally spanning two time zones.
- Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback.
- Identify and measure team health indicators.
- Implement disciplined engineering processes.
- Represent your team and product to stakeholders and customers.
- Develop and promote effective engineering and organizational practices.
- Plan and manage progress on established goals and projects.
- Collaborate actively as part of the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Exceptional academic track record (high school and university).
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field, or a compelling narrative about your alternative path.
- Proven track record of exceeding expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Passion for developing and growing people.
- Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring software developers.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Professional interaction with colleagues and partners.
- Advanced expertise in your domain and knowledge of software development.
- Solid experience in an agile development environment.
- Strong motivation for continual learning.
- Ability to build trust and relationships.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to meeting obligations.
- Willingness to travel twice a year for company events (up to two weeks).
