Engineering Manager - Payments & Blockchain

Join the company and help build the future of crypto by leading our Payments & Embedded Ramp team. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling payment experiences and APIs that facilitate seamless fiat and crypto transactions across the company's ecosystem. This role involves managing a cross-functional team of backend and frontend engineers, delivering high-quality and reliable applications, and collaborating with Product Managers and Designers to create impactful features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional engineering team to develop payments and B2B API experiences.
• Drive delivery of scalable applications while maintaining engineering excellence.
• Partner with other Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Mentor engineers to foster a culture of technical growth.
• Strengthen team organization and delivery through agile processes and metrics.

Skills You Should HODL:

• Proven experience in leading engineering teams delivering scalable products.
• Background in managing frontend and backend engineering teams.
• Deep technical expertise (preferably in Rust) with a solid understanding of modern backend architectures and API design.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with empathy for customer needs.
• Experience in FinTech or Payment products is preferred.
