As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a regional team of engineers focusing on business workloads that ensure the high availability of Ubuntu and Canonical services. You will be responsible for sound software architecture, best practices in software quality, testing, and documentation. You will be expected to lead, challenge, and develop a strong engineering team while positively influencing the culture and facilitating technical delivery.
Location: Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time, remote with global travel up to 20% for internal and external events
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team focused on productizing business workloads.
- Build and manage a regional team of engineers.

- Experience in Docker and Kubernetes operations.
