Engineering Manager - Site Reliability Engineering

In this role, you will manage the space between product development needs and infrastructure roadmaps. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance and security, and advocating for your team's infrastructure needs across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Owning the SRE roadmap, setting priorities, and driving execution.
• Translating upstream roadmaps into product-specific plans.
• Identifying risks and owning their resolution.
• Shaping developer productivity by engaging with product engineering managers.
• Leading a 4–6-person generalist SRE team, focusing on career development and performance management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on SRE or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Proficiency in cloud-native infrastructure, including Kubernetes and observability stacks.
• Prior experience managing or leading a small-to-mid-size engineering team.
• Experience in building and owning an SRE or infrastructure roadmap.
• Strong representation of technical needs in cross-functional discussions.
