Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee product management processes, ensuring timely and scope-compliant delivery of changes to owned product spaces.
- Provide technical guidance and support, ensuring best practices in software development and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with various teams, including product management, design, and operations, to align on goals and deliverables.
- Conduct performance reviews and assist in the professional development of team members.
- Participate in the hiring process to attract and retain top engineering talent.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET) and experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure or Google Cloud).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-growth tech company or startup environment.
