In this challenging position, you will lead a team of skilled software developers to design and implement Ubuntu Core system software across various CPU architectures, including ARM, RISC-V, and x86. You will engage with stakeholders, prioritize requests, plan the roadmap, and ensure your team meets delivery goals.

- Supporting timely delivery of technical solutions to meet business requirements.

- Advocating for and advancing modern, agile software development practices.

Who You Are:

- Knowledgeable about software development and comfortable with project planning and execution.
- Skilled in leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring within an agile development environment.
- Holds a Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a related field.
- Experienced with embedded software and proficient in Golang, C/C++, and Shell.
- Possesses a solid understanding of Linux and modern GNU/Linux distributions, preferably Debian or Ubuntu.
Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time, Remote with global travel twice a year for 2 weeks.
