About the Role
You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and performing preventative maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment. This includes calibrating all controls, gauges, and meters, as well as identifying and operating all shut-off valves. You will also be tasked with ordering, marking, and stocking parts and supplies as needed, maintaining an inventory, and logging purchase orders. Your role will require you to inspect tools, equipment, and machines, as well as utilize computers to enter and locate work-related information. Operating power lifts and completing life safety checklists, including fire-pump and generator run tests, will be integral parts of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems, assist in developing disaster response protocols, and respond to guest repair requests.

You will assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees. Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None.
